• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or make excessive requests
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content
• Resell or redistribute access to ReplyBlade

Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplyBlade is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• The quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated replies
• Uptime or availability of the service
• Compatibility with your use case

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before sending it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyBlade and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Rate Limiting & Service Access

We reserve the right to rate-limit or deny access to users who abuse the service. Excessive requests or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ReplyBlade after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
